authorisation by the card issuer, to maintain
security and prevent fraud.

  • When will payment be taken?

If your payment is authorised, we will send you an email confirming your order has been
received and payment has been made successfully.

However, if your payment authorisation has failed. Our payment gateway iPay88 will not charge your account and we will email you to let you know that the transaction has failed.

Please take great care to enter all your details accurately during checkout. As often, incorrect or incomplete information can results in your selected payment method to be declined.


If you are unsure why your payment is declined, please contact your bank or e-wallet provider to check on the status of your account. Otherwise, you may also contact us if you think there is an issue with our payment gateway.

  • What currencies do you accept?

We only accept payment in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. If you are using a foreign
credit/debit card facility, the exchange rate agreed is between you and your card
provider.
